Nrïsh Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience, and most importantly, the results you achieve while working with us or any of our products; however, we understand there may be reasons beyond our control in which a refund is desired.  

 

Online Nutrition Courses

 

30-Day Challenge participants can receive a full refund within the first four (4) days of the program start date. In order to qualify for a full refund, an email MUST be sent to team@nrish.com requesting the refund no later than 11:59p on Day 4 of the program. 

 

Nrïsh Intuitive Eating Program (IEP) subscription can be terminated by canceling in your Learning Portal Account Profile under Billing by removing your credit card at least three (3) days prior to your payment date. Late cancellation requests made after the payment has been processed will be offered a prorated refund or the option to remain in the program until the end of the billing cycle.  

 

Supplements

 

If you aren’t 100% satisfied after using our supplements for the first time, we offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. 


To start the process, please email our support team at team@nrish.com PRIOR to shipping any products back. Customer support will respond within one (1) business day to confirm your eligibility and initiate the return process. 


NOTE: refunds will NOT be processed for items shipped back to us without notifying and receiving confirmation from Customer Support first.  


Any product purchased directly from our website may be returned by you within sixty (60) days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.

 

Only one (1) opened package of any like product is eligible for a refund. Any additional items of the same product MUST be in the factory-sealed container in order to be eligible for a refund. Please DO NOT ship back any opened product. 


For any unopened product, we will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the product back in our warehouse. Refunds can take 7-10 business days to show back on your account once processed. 

 

Damaged Product

 

Products that arrive damaged must be reported immediately upon receipt. Please contact team@nrish.com with photos of the damaged product including pictures of the original packaging in order to qualify for a full refund or product replacement at no cost.
